Becca was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I ended up buying more because she directed me on how to best use these products to get sleep benefits. Having people like her is critical in this industry to ensure correct use. I love shopping at this location!

Nate helped me out with a few questions that maybe were silly to some, to me, it was important to understand. And he was very patient, took his time fully explaining each question I had, and kept it friendly and convenient the entire time!!Will be back!

I wish Google let you leave multiple reviews for one place because all the bud tenders here are awesome and deserve their own reviews! I was helped today by Maurice, who was great as usual. He always makes me feel welcome, and is efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I love the staff at Veralife . From the moment I walk in the door and the person at the front desk greets me with a hello until I’m taken back and helped buy a bud tender. Everybody is just so kind and friendly. Becky is who usually helps me and I can’t begin to tell you just what a wonderful person she is with her patient with me she’s always so helpful answers all my hundreds of questions, you couldn’t ask for a better employee than Becky thank you for always helping figure out the best product for me the best pricing just everything!

Ken was great! I was curious about the newer drinks and he explained the concentration of the options and then suggested a powder to add to any drink that would give me more control over the concentration. So helpful and knowledgeable!

Not only was the overall experience easy & pleasant, but I received amazing service from Becky! She was an absolute pleasure to work with and it felt like a unique human interaction you don’t often receive. It is the lovely cast of bud-tenders who keep me coming back to verilife.

Love coming to Verilife. Good selection generally get me in and out. Had a small wait but nothing more than 5-8 minutes. Dawn was super awesome great conversationalist but fast. Maintained friendliness with speed. always refreshing seeing fellow industry workers keeping a good face forward even while busy especially toward closing time. Especially since she caught that my online order had an incorrect item pulled and grabbed the correct one(sugar vs badder)before even starting to scan all my stuff.

Today I stopped in and had very friendly service both at the desk and when checking out. The best service was from Becky who helped me find exactly what I was looking for and make sure I got the best deal, she was super friendly, professional, and personable. She even asked how my day was, it was very nice! Highly recommend this place always.

Verilife is always a great experience with a staff that is consistently affable as well as knowledgeable about their products. This specific time I went in unsure of what I wanted and Becky was very helpful in the process of narrowing down to specific items that fit my needs.

Love this dispensary it’s the fastest and most friendly dispensary I ever been too! A lot of the workers know me because I go here a lot and they always help with any problems and make it very convenient! Ken is awesome and he’s such a friendly guy! I love Verilife for many reasons. They have seats for when they’re busy and you need to sit. They have a safe and professional environment with comfortable temperatures. They have amazing products with great prices and deals. Most of all I especially enjoy being able to browse and ask questions to the informed staff while ordering. Becky with the good hair helped me today. (Yes, I mean that literally because her haircut is on point.) of course, that isn't the only thing that impressed me about Becky. Always a fast, efficient and clean place. Everyone here is always friendly and fast. I don’t think I’ve ever spent more than 20 mins total from check in to cash out. Becky assisted me with my last visit and they(she? Don’t want to assume pronouns) were great! Very kind and quick, without rushing. I recommend this location all the time.

Top notch service, great selection and consistent sales on a growing number of products. The environment and process is excellent and professional. Staff is continuously exceeding expectations regarding both service and knowledge. Seeing added staffing, like new hire Kelsey, and continuing to see the standing staff is a good indicator of a vibrant and well serving establishment.

My first time with purchasing, understanding the products, etc. The gentleman that helped me was great. I did not feel rushed even though they were busy. He covered all my questions and was extremely helpful. Could not have been a better first time experience.

First time visiting as a new card holder. Very impressed with the process and Mitchell in the sales room was incredibly helpful to me as a first timer. They have a great selection with sale items in most categories. Keep in mind that all sales are cash only and there are 2 ATM’S in this location. This place is near my home so will be my go to spot as the staff are outstanding.

All the employees are so awesome and so friendly, it makes going there easy (even if it’s your first time or if places with sometimes a decent amount of people make you anxious). They will treat you as if you are a friend while still remaining incredibly professional and more times than not, I leave having my day made due to a positive interaction with a worker. The guy with long hair who works the front desk is awesome and was working the first time I ever went and made me feel at ease and comfortable even though the experience was completely new to me and is the reason why I’ll never go anywhere else. Now I honestly prefer ordering my medical out of state. It doesn't count against your ohio prescription days and you can buy bulk cheaper. That being said, when I don't feel like driving 6-8 hours to load up, I use verilife as my go to dispensary. I've been to many between dayton and Cincinnati but this one hands down is the best. It's kinda hard to know what you're getting sometimes as you can't really look or smell before purchase but the staff goes above and beyond to describe product accurately. I'm a very experienced shopper. I know what I'm looking for as I go in, they do a great job of narrowing down what I'm looking for with out feeling like anything is being forced on you. I'm very big on colors and flavors. I know it can be frustrating as an entry level patient/connoisseur with all the silly names and colorful packaging and numbers on labels. So to help you in the right direction the Galenas Blueberry Cookies is by far the best smoke I've bought here from ohio dispo. Won't let you down. Thanks a ton verilife, have my business 100%

I’m registered at a couple different places but I will only go to this one. Their selection and quality are Stellar. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and upbeat. I call her Boss Lady because she keeps the front area flowing and positive. I love her energy , she is fast and friendly, always gives a hello or have a great day. Her name is Tammy. The reps In the back are phenomenal, knowledgeable and efficient especially a couple Guys that have been there for a while, Moe and Que.They are part of what keeps me coming back. I was helped by Mitchell today and of course he took excellent care of me. This location has my business indefinitely! Big Thanks to the whole Team!

Being a first timer... loved it! It was quicker than expected, they have awesome customer service who were very helpful, knowledgeable and they offered various options that would cater to what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend!!!

The place itself is very clean and the employees are extremely nice and helpful. The prices are way higher than most other dispensaries in the area. Their luster pods are easily $20 more a piece which seems pretty insane to me. So to wrap it up, friendly staff, clean facility, expensive pricing.

The shopping experience is unmatched! I've dealt with quite a few different representatives there including but not limited to Melissa, Zach, Jeff, and DeMarco. As a caregiver, it can be challenging to shop for someone else. Verilife folks have always been courteous, kind, helpful, and understanding. The waiting room is pleasant and spacious and if I get to the counter or cashier and have a question and need to make a call, they've always kept my place in line. I never had to stand outside. I have never been confronted or interrogated by a security guard. I was never yelled at through security glass. I never had to fill out a code of conduct agreement. This dispensary rises to the top of my list as the reference standard for customer service and the overall shopping / caregiver experience. THANK YOU!

This was the only dispensary I was going to. However, they seem to be carrying less and less and only focusing on selling their own brand Matter which isn’t that good. Starting to have less of effect on me because that’s all they seem to carry now. If you ask about other brands they kinda just fib and say “stuff just sells fast here.” No, you just won’t offer other brands anymore. The wait times are stating to be out of control for pick up. It’s like you are being punished for placing an online order. I feel they are gonna be in trouble when other dispensaries start opening up soon.The employees are great. Not taking them into consideration for this review.

Looks good, doesn’t work well. If your online order confirmation encourages you to call the store with questions, please don’t get irritated with someone who calls with questions and please don’t hang up on them as they’re thanking you for your help. They carry higher THC products than have a heart, but have a hearts prices still work out to be better than verilife. Equivalent wait times. I’ll go back to have a heart and I encourage you to do the same.

Just got back from my first visit, first time going to any dispensary, so I can’t compare it to anything else but I don’t think I’ll ever be able to because I’ll continue going here. From first time paper work to picking up my order and paying was in and out in 15-20 mins. Everyone was so friendly and answered any questions. Really cool atmosphere, looking forward to next time.

Online order process is slow. This place is in trouble when more competition shows up. The wait times are always excessive. They haven’t quite figured out how to operate like Michigan yet. Nobody should be waiting this long in lines. Definitely doesn’t have that cool dispensary feel you get going to a Michigan medical/rec dispensary

First time patient and this was my first time in a dispensary, the staff that checked me in at the front desk was nice enough. The guy in the back that gave me recommendations and helped me through the purchasing process was fantastic and his choices really fit my needs for care and I'm impressed all around. Thank you!

Place my online order at 7:50 then drive 20 minutes over to the store only to be told they can't accept anymore customers even though they're open until 8:30 and only 3 other people were waiting to check in. Now I'll not only miss out on the sale, but miss out on being able to receive my medications at all!! I'm highly upset as well as disappointed... happy 4/20 to me 😕😞

First time here. Didn't have to wait long at all to recieve my product. Got in and out in 15 min max (and that's even with me asking tons of questions). Staff was attentive and it was easy to place an order online. And great waiting room area! Very spacious on the inside.

My first time here was on a Saturday night, the staff was very friendly and helpful and extremely fast. 30 minutes to get registered, checked out and out the door. Prices are a little high and selection is a bit limited, but no one else is open this late and no one else is this quick.

This place used to be fantastic but now not ao much! They have been pushing online orders so that is what I have done the past 2 visits. Again I am waiting over an hour for my order!

There is definitely room for improvement. Can't stand some of the attitudes but is what it is.. wish the customer experience was fluid- not hit or miss.This is not directed towards all staff but if said employees are left employed, ownership follows suit....

Still the best place for medication in the city. I suggest you order online for quick pick up and to ensure that you get what you want. This place does a lot of volume so medication comes and goes quickly.The people who work here are the best, and try to make sure you get what you want. They need more help like everyone does. I’ve visited here four or five times. Every time I notice that there is a lot of man power dedicated to the express/online queue. I understand the staffing due to volume. However once the express line is clear, the staff stands and looks at the 4-6 people in the normal queue. It really takes away from the experience when one associate is working the normal queue and many staff members are standing there staring at us waiting.

Poorly managed, more of a drug dealer than a pharmacy.... can’t speak to anyone at the desk that actually deals with orders, have to speak to the call center, they’ll decline your order without any explanation. Go to any other dispensary, save the time and money

The staff tries their best I guess, but glad to say I’ll never be buying anything from this establishment again. Everything is well overpriced for almost the most basic or even poor quality. When you go, they never have anything you’re got before like not one time have I been able to get the same exact product. The website is never up to date and the online orders be messed up. I waited 20 minutes to be told that they were sold out of something they had displayed on the website 10 minutes before I arrived. Not worth the time or energy to go here or to any dispensary in the area. Also, to the “concerned” responder, I’m not going to email, call or text anyone to explain anything. Read the review. This the whole story. I’m done.

I was going to “Have a Heart Cincy” before I discovered Verilife. Nothing against Have a Heart, they have great weed too. It’s just Verilife feels a bit modern/new. It’s a great facility….clean, organized and fast. The get you in and out asap. At Have a Heart I was in a waiting room for 45 min. The longest I’ve ever waited at Verilife was 5 min. It’s great. My visit is usually around 10-15 min when it’s all said and done. They carry a lot of great Ohio brands. They have an online menu so you can browse when you’re waiting in line or even order your cannabis online and pick it up in the store. I’ve never used online/pickup option to purchase my weed…but I do see people doing it a lot. Overall this dispensary is a great choice if you want some good cannabis in a quick and orderly fashion.

Use to go here exclusively but simply can’t justify it anymore. Online inventory is not constant with what’s in the store for purchase and the price is simply outrageous for every other dispensary around the area.The irony of “taxes included in the price!” Is that they gouge your that much more vs. other dispensaries in the area. Price of the product is at least $10-$20 more on average than everywhere else in the Cincinnati region.They also nereid run daily deals etc…. Kinda crazy these days to not even consider doing that for the clientele.Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable though, that’s he best thing they have going for them. Seems like the management and owners of this place put profit over care for the patients though…

Convenient hours and decent selection and I like that they are open earlier than some of the others due to my work schedule I reluctantly decided to try my luck again..staff is friendly but it seems most important here is profit over patients I will no longer be going to this store..also recently went to purchase something and the price online and on the in store menu was a set price but I get to a bud tender and they tell me “oops” that’s actually a typo and it ended up being about 65 dollars more I asked if they would honor the price since it was in two places online and in store and they refused so I left empty handed because I didn’t have the extra..usually no lines which is nice but you will pay a good amount extra for everything on the menu..

Great staff. But no discounts but only for what they cant sell. No a good variety of things niether. Use to be great but as of the last six months. They fall off. With other dispensaries in the area with better variety and discounts. I will not be returning

First time in and I was very impressed. I placed an online order and showed up at my pickup time. Filled out some paperwork and waited less than 10 minutes before I was out the door with my order. The process was very easy and the employees were friendly. I'm glad I've found my new go-to dispensary since the one I used to go to has gone downhill.

This is the best dispensary in Cincinnati. The products are really good, the prices are reasonable with great discounts, and the employees are awesome. They're very professional... all customers are treated with the same respect. They will also print and laminate your card if you need a copy

It was a little weird yet very acceptable! It's nice to be able to have society accept the fact that people get high well smoke marijuana to help calm them down. To relax and chill. However the prices was to high and I think if we hold our medical cards then we should be able to grow it .... It's a plant that comes from mother earth 🌎🌎

First medical purchase here, staff was professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. I only had a picture of my card on my phone and the gentleman at the front desk went ahead and printed / laminated a card for me while I did my shopping. Answered all questions, explained the "days" system in Ohio, and the prices were excellent for the very high quality products they sell. Very impressed.

Super professional and knowledgeable. I have never had a negative experience here. Occasionally the selection has been slim but that happens and you just go with the flow. It a factory of relief and happy.

I was a 1st timer. I knew nothing about products. A salesperson Emma was 100 stars. I've had severe seizures and its caused pretty bad brain health issues. Emma never seemed aggravated with me. And explained so well about the products (using terms/examples of each product) I personally think the Drs qualifying you should have a better handoutfor patients. But o well.But every salesperson except 1 here...🙄has been so very helpful & patient with me.It literally couldn't be cleaner.Huge Parking lot is convenient with easyaccess to the store. And absolutelyhandicap accessible.I've only been there earlier in the day(10-12 am) and I never had to wait morethan 20 minutes to begin the shop.Even on weekends.It seems to be well patrolled I noticed like4-5 police cars go by while waiting.Have always had stock of the itemsI require.Loads of shopping & restaurants nearbyif you wanna knock off some other shopping/chores.Great luck to you. The staff is always helpful the few times Ive been they are definitely knowledgeable on the products they sell. Its a large waiting room so you do have to sit on top of each other while you wait to go in like another dispensary I visited. Their prices in my opinion are comparable to others prices. I mean Ive only had my card for a little while and so far have only had the opportunity to visit two different dispensaries in total but this location as a large selection. Its worth a visit. Then u can make your own conclusions. Go!

This is my first Ohio dispensary experience. staff was challenged with an Ohio wide system outage preventing them to process more than four point s worth per person.now I had never been so this didn't disappoint me one way or the other and the point system, in my novice experience, it's very generous.The staff handled politely and calmly. This was statewide and there was nothing they could do but people were surly.my weight from door to departure was maybe 30 minutes and that's for first time.My advisor wasn't terribly knowledgeable but she was very kind and very eager. The numerous staff were moving people through quickly but professionally. Great customer service. very very very clean. Aside from wishing Ohio would get itself together this could not have been a better experience.

Oh all the dispensaries in the City limits this one is the one I typically will go to if I stay in the city. Price wise it is the most affordable if you are on a budget.Very clean and friendly store. Knowledge staff that will help you locate what you want. Definitely a return customer.

The staff there were incredibly professional as well as courteous. They answered all my questions I didn't feel rushed at all. When I left I had more knowledge than when I arrived. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend anyone who's in need of medicinal to use this dispensary. You won't regret it.

I was having some issues with being able to place a phone order and I live far away. I spoke with the main manager tonight and she was amazing. She told me what to do to deal with that issue and then proceeded to help me get the medication I truly need to help me. I will continue to go back there no matter the distance because of her and the other staff that they have. Its always a pleasure

Store experience was good, put in your due diligence and research the growers. I bought some motor breath and was highly disappointed. Very leafy, grass smell and taste. Took 1 dose and the rest went into the trash. That's a hard No for anything from "Matter" But overall, happy with the store.

Pros: fast, decent selection, nice cleanly interiorCons: sadly I believe they don’t honestly care about people’s well-being and the need for medicine. More concerned with making money, the prices are extremely high and when I first started coming here about a year ago they were very kind and accommodating and now they’re very much cold and not very nice. The place on the street you might have to wait a long time but I always feel welcome there and they’ve never turned me away.

They JACK the prices up because they are 1 of 2 dispensaries in the Cincinnati metro area. And I mean absolutely TAX. You can get bud that they sell here for half the price in Monroe / Lebanon. I highly recommend that people make the drive to either about wellness or strawberry fields to see what Ohio’s medical program really has to offer. The selection here is small, and way too pricey.

Decent choices, jacked prices. They should be embarrassed to charge $46 for 2.8 grams. I can get the same herb from my guy in factory sealed packages that are 3.5 grams for $35. I really feel like they are taking advantage of people. Go to Michigan instead, it's so much cheaper,

Probably the best dispensary in the Cincinnati area. In and out without ever having to wait more than 30 minutes or so, on a bad day. While their selection on certain items seems to disappear quickly, the staff is always ready to recommend something.

I've been here a couple times, would give 4 stars but I just walked out today, probably won't be back for a while. They have a two line system, and sometimes one line moves faster than the other. I've waited in the longer line before and let the others who picked the fast one get helped before me. Today I got lucky with a short line, and as I was pulling out my ID and card, the guy being helped next to me told them I wasn't next and then the help desk said "how does this line system work again?" And proceeded to kick me to the back of the line, awkwardly I might add, left me standing there and sort of shoved me to the side. The man who "tattled" so to speak, smirked behind his face mask. Don't have two lines if you are going to function as one, and don't let other customers dictate who is next. Also, their quality of flower is less than other dispensaries around, low THC amounts. I suggest About Wellness they are the same price but better and kinder and have a more functioning system

You have a customer for life!! I went for the first time today. The staff was so friendly. Easy and quick process for first time customers. Very little to no waiting. The guy who helped me was SO knowledgeable. He made recommendations I asked for and was able to answer EVERY question I had with a level of expertise that was impressive. Thanks again!! Friendly staff, FANTASTIC SOCIAL DISTANCING! As an immunocompromised person, it was such a relief to see masks required and customers spaced out in going into the sales room, with plenty of room to spread out in the lobby. Plus staff were friendly and knowledgeable and helped me out a great deal in finding a product that suited my needs and preferences.

A little pricey and I wish they sold larger quantity, but very nice friendly staff, and the product is amazing!! Worth the extra $ tbh. Very happy customer! If you get a chance to try the sativa strain orange 43, DO IT!! MAN 🤫💨😂😂

The staff here is fantastic. They're knowledgeable about the products because they are patients themselves, if you have any questions they go above and beyond to help you get answers, and educate others about the benefits of the products they offer. Every time I go they have different products, they expand quite often and try to keep their website updated daily. I highly recommend this facility for your needs.

My main dispensary. Honestly I haven't been anywhere else because my experiences have been so good here. I order online and it's ready for pick up super fast. I usually stick with flower and they always have a nice selection of it, but out of curiosity I always check out the oils, resins, waxes, tinctures, salves, and edibles that they offer and the selection always looks pretty good to me. The staff is friendly and chill and know what they're doing. The store is really nice and really clean and friends and family are allowed to sit in the waiting room if they wish which adds to the chill atmosphere of this dispensary. I'm also very very very thankful to the staff who continue to work and keep the place open for patients and providing a safe place to get our meds during the pandemic.

The only reason why I didn’t give them 5 stars is because it’s the only dispensary I’ve been to so far so nothing to compare them to. I will say that Brianna was wonderful and the staff friendly and welcoming. They were extremely product knowledgeable and Brianna really made me feel like I finally found a place where people understand what I need and why and there’s absolutely no judgement 💜

I’ve always had a great experience coming to this location but today I went and the employee was insanely rude the entire time. She acted like I was bothering her for her doing her job. Then when I couldn’t understand through her mask AND the plastic barrier she would act annoyed with me. Just very very very poor attitude. When I was leaving I didn’t say thank you and she said “YOURE WELCOME” just completely unprofessional. Stay away from Rachel she has a very poor attitude

Very friendly and obviously very knowledgable in the products that they carry. All I had to do was explain the problems I have been having and they shared their recommendations. Only issue I have at all, is the prices are pretty high, but it'll just take time for the market to open up a bit more and they'll drop down hopefully.

This is a very clean, modern, and friendly space. The lobby is comfortable to wait in for patients and for friends/family. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. The menus are easy to read and understand. I think this will be my main dispensary from now on. I would highly recommend it.

I've been to a few different medical marijuana dispensaries in Ohio, and Verilife is by far the best one I've been to!! Their customer service is exceptional, and their employees are absolutely wonderful... If I could rate higher than five stars, I totally would

Clean, more professional that the other dispensary I have gone to. The people working were polite and explained everything simply and concisely. Prices are comparable to the other dispensary, but the selection here is much greater.

Overall pleasant experience. Knowledgeable staff and plenty of product choices. If you are unsure on what to purchase their overall knowledge of the different strains and ways of using medical marijuana is very helpful. I would recommend giving this dispensary a visit if you have any questions or concerns. Also that you can place an order online and have it on reserve when you arrive is very nice.

Great place same prices as my last place which was much further of a drive but it was much more modern with easy process. They know what they are doing and do it well! You can also order online and go express to pick it up! Very very fast.

Terrible experience! I waited in line for over an hour. After that, I was told that only cash would be accepted because that is the state of Ohio’s rules. After being lied to, I drove 20 minutes north to a better dispensary, where they gladly accepted my debit card as payment. I will never go back to this place. FIRST IMPRESSIONS MATTER MORONS!!!

Nate and Jordan are great bud tenders, very knowledgeable about the strains they carry and some of the few who actually will tell you the genetics on a strain before you buy it. Great staff and great selection, what more can you ask for? They have a menu online for you to check out what’s in stock before you even have to make the trip which is also extremely convenient, verilife will continue to see my face no doubt. Happy to live 5 minutes away 🤙

This one has little to offer other than trying to manipulate as much cash out of you as possible. No deals other than "shake" (the clippings from the trimming process) or a cheaper .1 oz, for which, you must buy two .1 oz at regular price to be eligible for one of thier special "deals." Of course both "deals" are very low in thc. When you buy a product check the actual container that you would take home with you. It will tell the total thc content as well as the thca content. Thca only coverts to some thc under high temps, well passed the legal temp the Ohio mmcp has set for vaping cannabis flower. So, they are breeding plants with thca in them and little, or more likely, no thc in them. Where it says total thc, that is done in the lab: they heat it to get that number. Plants producing actual thc would be great but I'm sure the rip-off tactics will continue.

I went here twice, the worst of the local weed stores. Very limited selection. Over priced, staff didn’t seem knowledgeable, a bit Arrogant for some reason. No online menu, based on the prices I see why. Nice building though. Save your self a wasted trip. Try one of the other stores.

Prices are way to high. Decent quality but overall not worth the cost. Would rather travel out of the city and get better rates for the same type. Vapes are 75 but are refillable. Not comfortable doing that since my hands shake. Maybe prices will get better but for now it's a no go for me

Terrible customer service, were more concerned with closing up then helping patients an hour and a half before close. At 330 a woman comes out and says 15 minutes left to dispense after waiting forever. had me start paperwork for nothing and at least 10 people who had already been waiting were told they would not get served. They have no idea what they are doing and its quite clear there is no leadership.
