She kept it real once again as she shared a snap of herself pumping her breast milk as she marked the release of her memoir MILF: Motherhood, Identity, Love and F*****y on Thursday.
The pop star looked glamorous in the snap as she donned a black crop top and red skirt adorned with black flowers while she used the breast pump.
The star explained she was pumping milk while at work, as her hair was styled in voluminous waves and she completed the look with a bold red lip.
The performer was seen later in the day looking fashionable as she left BBC Radio2
She completed the look with a stylish pink beret
Yet one person took to X - formerly Twitter - with a nasty comment, but Paloma didn't hold back from speaking her mind and hit back at it
Fans rushed to support Paloma, writing: '@SaturdayKitchen today’s program absolutely starring Paloma Faith is an absolute joy. Well done Matt.'
Taking to the caption she wrote: 'Milf is out now. Here are some pics of me pumping breast milk at work and a fridge full of my milk that I stored and eventually donated to a mother who was struggling to produce milk for her newborn.'
Also sharing a snap of her milk stored in a fridge, she added: 'At times the motherhood journey can feel isolating and lonely and you can feel unable to see wood for trees especially when our culture puts so much pressure on us to do everything alone or feel guilty if we need / ask for / pay for help ….
'I’ve written this book as a hug for women and an eye opener for men. We are not as alone as we feel and sometimes we just have to know muddling through is all we can do and sometimes just sometimes our best might be enough for our kids'.
Paloma appeared on Lorraine on Wednesday morning as she discussed her book and explained she wanted to write the book to tell women 'it's ok'.
She explained: 'I want say to women that it is OK. I talk about not enjoying breast feeding, not liking being pregnant, about loving your children abundantly but also craving your own identity.'
Discussing the title of the book she added: 'The title is really important because I don't like the word 'MILF'.
'I don't agree with the use of that word I think it is a way of diminishing women to make them believe they are only good for two things, being a mother and being attractive.'
Paloma also revealed her dislikes of the word'co-parenting' and that fathers shouldn't be 'over applauded' for 'actually parenting' their children.
The star split from her ex Leyman Lahcine, 36, in 2022 after nine years together and theyshare two daughters.
Paloma previously said their new co-parenting arrangement feels 'very modern - Gwyneth Paltrow-y'.
And speaking on the topic again Paloma said:'I don't like the word co-parent because co implies it is 50/50 and I don't believe it is. There are definitely some men pulling in a lot of the work.

Appearing on Lorraine she expressed her dislike for the term 'co-parenting' and explained: 'I don't like the word co-parent because co implies it is 50/50' (pictured in 2018)
'But in the majority of cases it is the woman who deals with the mental load that comes with being a parent and also has them the majority of the time.'
She continued: 'I'm not saying that I don't think my children's dad is amazing, but I think we need to say what is actually happening and not over compliment the men.
'So I don't use the word "co-parent", I say "oh my kids go to their dads a few nights a week" and I'm so happy that they do that and that they've got a lovely father, but let's not over compliment them because they do get that all the time… Let's not over applaud them for actually parenting.'
