The M&R QUATRO Direct to Film (DTF) Transfer Printing System is a modern and efficient method of applying vibrant, high-quality durable images onto a wide variety of garments, and fabric types.

The M&R QUATRO 60 cm (24”) High-Resolution Industrial Inkjet Printer comes with a PC workstation with intuitive Graphic User Interface (GUI) and QUATRO HP RIP software - powered by CALDERA; four Epson i3200 print heads: two CMYK and two White; and a bulk ink system with white ink recirculation.

The M&R QUATRO Combination Adhesive Application System and Quartz Infrared Dryer includes an on-board bulk powder adhesive reservoir to promote continuous system operation; two base-mounted trays to capture excess powder adhesive for reuse; an Integrated exhaust filtration system; continuous temperature monitoring, and M&R’s “Positive Link System” to ensure accurate film tracking between the QUATRO printer, powder applicator and dryer.

STRYKER™ Automatic Oval Screen Printing Press

M&R’s Stryker sets the standard for oval format screen printing presses. Its oval design takes up less floor space than comparable carousel automatic screen printing presses, making more efficient use of the available production area. Available in three print format sizes and expandable from 10 to 52 stations with selectable printhead locations, the Stryker can be tailored to almost any production requirement, floor layout or shop size. DIAMONDBACK E™ Automatic Screen Printing Press

Diamondback E™ is an evolution of the popular Diamondback series line of versatile, highly-affordable automatic screen printing presses that brought full-featured servo index-driven automatics to the entry-level user. Now with electric printheads, the Diamondback E is the ultimate bang for the buck entry-level automatic screen printing press. It’s available in 6, 8 or 10 colors. ECO-RINSE™ Automatic Screen Rinsing System

M&R’s Eco-Rinse automates the tedious process of rinsing exposed screens while ensuring consistency and reducing the chance of unintentionally blowing out exposed images. Manually-processed screens often require follow-up rinsing because of incomplete or inadequate processing due to operator fatigue, boredom, or inadequate training. Processing can also vary from one operator to the next. Those problems are eliminated with the consistent screen rinsing available with the Eco-Rinse automatic screen rinsing system. In addition to consistent results, the balanced pressure and even application provided by simultaneous sprays from both sides of the screen maintain screen tension and extend screen life. And since Eco-Rinse processes screens so quickly, per-screen labor costs can be cut by up to half.

ECO-TEX™ Automatic Screen Cleaning and Reclaiming System

M&R’s Eco-Tex™ automates and simplifies the entire screen-cleaning process, and it handles screen frames up to 132 x 97 cm (52” x 38”). In the process, Eco-Tex reduces environmental impact and lowers operating costs by recirculating screen-cleaning chemicals. Users have the option of leaving the emulsion intact while removing ink, or of completely stripping ink, emulsion, and other residue from screens. Once the screens have been cleaned, Eco-Tex rinses them with a high-pressure fresh-water power wash.
